The Cheney Family Fund annually makes gifts to seven different organizations in Manchester and Hartford. The Connecticut Historical Society devoted a full page in a recent magazine Making History to the Cheney Cemetery Association, which manages the fund with the Hartford Foundation, for supporting the digitization of collection items related to the Cheney family, making them available online through the CHS database eMuseum . Since 1995 we have donated $57,160 to The CHS through the Cheney Family Fund.
